How do I combine 3 separate ms accounts to one 365 subscription?

There are 3 separate email accounts and I just renewed / upgraded to the premium 365 with 5 licenses. I just cancelled the account that is going to expire on 2/27/26 so I can accept the invitation from the account that was just renewed.

I go to the link that says "Join Now" and this is the response:

Looks like you already have a subscription

In order to join this Microsoft 365 Premium subscription, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription. In the meantime, you can still choose to join the family group.

Here's what you can get out of a family group:

  • Build and encourage healthy digital habits
  • Organize family time and manage busy schedules
  • Share device locations with one another

How can I cancel my subscription?

I have already joined the family group and cancelled the subscription.

How can I add the 3 separate accounts to on 365 account without loosing any information I currently have stored in the cloud, email, etc.?

Hi! If you already have an active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, you can turn off recurring billing so it won’t renew, and you’ll keep the benefits until the expiration date. After that, you can use the Microsoft 365 Family subscription before that it won’t allow you to use it as you already have Microsoft 365 active.
