Why is my Windows Laptop (Dell) using so much RAM in idle?

I've included a screenshot from Task Manager from about 5 minutes after restarting my computer. I am running on a Dell Inspiron 16 5630. This has been a consistent issue for a few months, with functions/actions performing extremely slowly across all platforms. To add, the laptop gets hot and the fan goes very very very easily. I'm not sure if there is possibility of a virus, but the system health alerts in settings have not flagged anything and say healthy. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi,

seems you have many enough programs running in background and Internet-related. Such programs may require many enough RAM. 2 GB are used by drivers not program.

Maybe there are too many programs preinstalled by Dell. Please check a list of installed programs and uninstall ones that you do not need.
