I have the most recent version of word for mac, i'm running mac os 26.2, and the copilot button is not visible in my home tool bar. how do i enable it?
I have attempted all those solutions without success, including reinstalling from the most recent install download, it still is not visible in my home tool bar in word. I have also confirmed that connected experiences is enabled. how do i resolve this?
it does not show in the online/web access to word either, yet my license says I should have it.
Are you commenting on the bot's reply or mine? Do you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or did you buy Office 2021/2024?

If you are running Office 2021 or 2024, the one-time purchase versions, they don't include Copilot. That feature only comes with a Microsoft 365 subscription. Here is Microsoft's page on plans that include Copilot.
