Is it possible to TALK to a PERSON about problems with my photos legacy app on windows 11?

I've been having problems importing my photos from iphone to windows legacy app. This has been going on since the original photos app was "improved" and then Photos Legacy was offered. I'VE DONE ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS MULTIPLE TIMES! It has happened on different computers and with different phones, so I'm certain it's a problem with the app itself.

At first, it worked well, then it started working great one time and then not working at all the next. Sometimes it starts importing photos and then stops. Lately, it can't seem to find the pictures at all.

Something that used to take me less than 5 minutes takes much longer if I get it to work at all.
