May I ask which method do you use to connect this account? (Exchange, IMAP/POP)
When you delete a folder, it will appear under Deleted Items. You just need to drag and drop it back to your account or right click > select Move folder and select your email account.
Please note that if the folder is permanently deleted, you cannot recover it. However, you can restore the deleted emails inside that deleted folder.
