    Hi Jessica Hall

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A forum.

May I ask which method do you use to connect this account? (Exchange, IMAP/POP)

When you delete a folder, it will appear under Deleted Items. You just need to drag and drop it back to your account or right click > select Move folder and select your email account.

Please note that if the folder is permanently deleted, you cannot recover it. However, you can restore the deleted emails inside that deleted folder.

    I hope this information helps.

To restore an email folder that you accidentally deleted in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check the Deleted Items Folder:
      • Open Outlook and navigate to the Deleted Items folder.
      • Look for the deleted folder. If you find it, right-click on the folder and select Move to restore it back to its original location.
    2. Recover Deleted Items:
      • If the folder is not in the Deleted Items folder, you can use the Recover Deleted Items feature.
      • Go to the Folder tab and click on Recover Deleted Items.
      • A window will open showing items that can be recovered. Select the folder you want to restore and click Recover Selected Items.
    3. Use Outlook Web App (OWA):
      • If you have access to OWA, log in and check the Deleted Items folder there as well.
      • If the folder is not visible, look for an option to recover items that are no longer in the Deleted Items folder.
    4. Contact Admin:
      • If you are unable to restore the folder yourself, you may need to contact your IT administrator for assistance, especially if the folder was permanently deleted and is no longer recoverable through the standard methods.

These steps should help you restore your accidentally deleted email folder.
