Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are these subscriptions linked to different email addresses, or are they all under one Microsoft account?

To clarify, Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions are not permanently “attached” to a specific computer. They are linked to the Microsoft account you used when you purchased or activated them. Any device where you sign in with that account can use the subscription.

Here’s how you can check each one:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services > Sign in using each Microsoft account.
    • Under “Services & subscriptions,” you’ll see the active Microsoft 365 plans.
    • Click “Manage” on each subscription to view details, including the account and billing info.

To see which devices are currently using a subscription:

    • On the same page, select “Install” or “Manage devices.”
    • This will show you the devices where Office has been installed using that account.

If you find that you have multiple active subscriptions but only need one, you may be able to cancel the extra ones and keep just the main account you use.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
