Not getting my emails and changed my password couple of time and now locked out for 24hrs. Very important to get my emails

While waiting for the 24-hour lock to clear, may I ask if you’re able to access your Outlook account on another device or browser where you may still be signed in?

The only option for now is to wait for the full 24 to 48 hours for the lockout to clear completely.
Try not to attempt signing in during this time, as doing so will reset the waiting period back to zero. Once the time has fully passed, you should be able to sign in again without needing to reset your password.
I need to get into my emails I can not get new emails coming in. I do not know any other way to say this
