How, or where to contact a live support to help us? We are in a circle. The child can not let the parent into the Family. The parent cannot grant the child an approval to sign in to Microsoft and join a different family.

Hi! First, you need to sign in here:

    account.microsoft.com/family

Once you’re there, select the three dots in the top-right corner of the profile tile, choose Manage consent, and then select Remove consent. After that, the member should be able to be removed from the Microsoft family group.
