No errors I can see. When I try to open any office application I get the message "Your subscription has been cancelled. Most of the features of Word have been disabled. To use this application you must renew your subscription.

You could try signing out of Office, restart your computer, and then sign back in.

I tried rebooting and signing in. Did no good. My payment method and time of renewal are correct. I am stymied as to reason.

When you access your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services , does it indicate that your subscription is active?

In Word (for example), try signing out, restart your computer, and then sign back in.

If your Microsoft apps indicate that your subscription is cancelled despite being paid until July 2026, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are a few possibilities:

    1. Payment Issues: If there was a problem processing your payment, such as an expired credit card or insufficient funds, your subscription might have entered a dunning state, which can temporarily affect access.
    2. Cancellation Request: It's possible that a cancellation request was inadvertently made, either by you or someone with access to your account.
    3. Account Issues: Sometimes, account-related issues can cause subscriptions to appear as cancelled. This could include changes in account status or errors in the subscription management system.

To resolve this issue, you should check your account status and payment information. You can visit the Microsoft account services page to view your subscriptions and ensure everything is in order. If the problem persists, contacting Microsoft support may be necessary to clarify the situation and restore your subscription access.
