Why is subscription cancelled? Due to renew July 2026

My Microsoft apps say Subscription is cancelled. Why? It is paid until renewal in July 2026.

No errors I can see. When I try to open any office application I get the message "Your subscription has been cancelled. Most of the features of Word have been disabled. To use this application you must renew your subscription.

You could try signing out of Office, restart your computer, and then sign back in.
