I can not activate my New Office 2019.

Question

I have tried numerous times to activate a new legitimate copy of Office Home & Business 2019. I type in the correct Product Key but it won't install through the normal activation screen. I try and use:

https://aka.ms/aoh which is the new product Activation Portal. All I get from that is a screen that says "unfortunately, we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product....."

Is there any way to actually talk to a human so I can get my legitimate copy activated?

The error message suggests that someone sold you a bogus product key, I'm afraid. Contact the seller and see if you can get your money back.
