Hi,
I have numerous word documents and folders. I want to be able to search using a key word. When I do this I don't get any results at all. It seems to have happened since I installed my new microsoft subscription. I have followed online instructions re spotlight etc (I'm using a MAC) but nothing has helped.

Hi,
I assume that you mean the search box in File Open, which is probably it was an indexing issue. If you are having trouble with it, the best step is to check with Apple support because it is an OS concern.
