To recover your Microsoft Azure AZ-900 certification from March 8, 2020, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Certifications Tab: Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile and check the Certifications tab to see if your certificate is listed there. If it is visible, you can download it directly from that section.
    2. Submit a Support Request: If your certificate is not visible, you should submit a support request to Microsoft Credentials Support. You can do this by visiting the following link: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport. Make sure to sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your certification and provide your Microsoft Certification ID (989805619) in the request.
    3. Wait for Response: After submitting your request, please be aware that it may take up to 72 business hours for the support team to respond.

These steps should help you recover your certification. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to the support team directly.
