Certification Expired without any notification | Cannot open support request

Hi,

Trying to create a support ticket related to credentials / certifications using the following link:

https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create

But here I can't find /select "Learning" to proceed further.

My certification was expired on 28 Jan.2026 ..... but I haven't received any information about expiration to extend the validity. What options I have now?

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. You will need to retake the exam(s).

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).
