    Hello @Yolanda Edwards,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

For your situation, I will explain detail:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge a personal Microsoft account with a work or corporate Microsoft 365 account. These two account types are stored in completely separate systems:

    • Personal Microsoft account (MSA)
    • Work/School account (Azure AD / Entra ID)

According to Microsoft’s official documentation, it has also been confirmed that it is currently not possible: Combining Microsoft accounts - Microsoft Support

The article also provides a few recommendations on how these accounts can be used side by side, even though they cannot be merged.User's image

Once again, thank you again for raising this issue; it’s helped broaden my understanding. I hope you understand that I want to help as much as I can within the scope of this forum.

If you receive any questions or insights, please feel free to reply here.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

To merge your Microsoft accounts, you can follow these steps:

    1. Choose a Primary Account: Decide which account you want to keep as your primary account (e.g., your ******@msn.com account).
    2. Add Login Accounts: Sign into your primary account and go to your Learn profile settings. Under Account Management, select "Add Login account" and sign in with your other account (e.g., ******@herwaters.org). This will trigger a profile merge.
    3. Merge Process: The system will combine all your learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both accounts into the primary account. Note that this process cannot be undone.
    4. Check for Limits: Ensure that you do not exceed the limit of five organizational accounts during the merge process, or the merge will be canceled.
