I think I have 2 accounts. Do I close one? I want to speak to a human.

You are the only person who can decide if you want two accounts or not. Simply having multiple accounts won't cost you anything.

If you believe that you have a Microsoft 365 subscription for each account, then you would want to cancel one of these subscriptions, of course. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services to find out. You may want to use an in private (or incognito) browser window to ensure that you access the correct account.
