How to have 15-Minute Increments In Outlook Calendar Drop-down box

Is there a way to change the default increment from 30 to 15 minutes in the drop-down menu when creating appointments and meetings? I'm NOT seeking to change the display in the calendar, just the choices offered in the drop down menu.

Here's a screenshot of what I hope to changeUser's image

Thank you for your help. It's unfortunate that Outlook does not provide an option to modify the default duration increments.

The problem is not that the Calendar fails to display in increments of 15 minutes. It's that the Drop-down menus don't display in 15-minute increments.

The drop-down menus that I want to change are in the Outlook mail interface not the Outlook Calendar interface. That is, I encounter the drop-down menus when I create a meeting or appointment from Mail. So, the screenshot included in my previous post shows the where the problem is occurring.

If you need to see something else, just let me know.

Unfortunately, while my calendar now displays in 15 minute increments, the drop-down menus still do not.
