It does not come up in any app, I get the notification randomly. Is there any way you can delete that email address?

I keep getting notifications to sign into [mod: PII redacted]@outlook.com. This account was closed a while ago. Can you completely remove this email address from my account. The constant requests to sign in are aggravating.

May I ask what specific apps you usually get these notifications from?
If it is on a cetails apps, try to check if it's still trying to log in to the account. It was forcing you to log in again since the account was already signed out of every device, and it was already closed. It may be that this application or software has an automatic login option.
