To get a human customer service agent on the phone with you in real-time, you can follow these steps:
- Access the Admin Center: Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Help & Support: On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
- Contact Support: On the Support Assistant page, type your message or question. If the results do not help, select the Contact Support icon.
- Choose Contact Method: You can choose to contact support via phone or email. If you select phone, provide your contact details and select Contact me.
- Wait for a Callback: You will receive a call from a support representative.
Make sure you have your account details ready when you call, as this will help expedite the process.
