Does the computer come with Home edition, but you want to upgrade it to Pro using a Pro license you own? Or are you expecting the computer to come with Pro?

I just received this all in one desktop but I cannot sign into Windows 11Pro because I keep getting an error message that Windows has found no product key on this device.
