    Hi Williams, Esther,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Regarding your information you have new internet services with new Wi-Fi password, I assume that you have new AP. The new Wi-Fi might have the frequency and/or channel that beyond support range of your printer.

You may provide me the printer model, so I can look up for its Wi-Fi support to see if it's compatible with your new Wi-Fi.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello

Since you have new internet service, did you go to your printer's local settings via the printer's LCD screen, and make sure you update the wifi connection between your printer and your new wifi service first?

Did you verify if the issue is only between your printer and your computer, or do you also have trouble printing from other devices, such as your phone?

To connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:

    1. Check Printer Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the new Wi-Fi network. For wireless printers, you may need to access the printer's control panel to enter the new Wi-Fi password.
    2. Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help reset the connection.
    3. Run the Printer Troubleshooter: On your Windows computer, go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and then select Run next to Printer. This can help identify and fix connection issues.
    4. Reinstall the Printer Driver: If the printer still does not connect, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the printer driver. Right-click your printer in Device Manager and select Uninstall device, then restart your computer and reinstall the driver.
    5. Verify Network Settings: Make sure that your printer is set to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network and that your computer is also connected to the same network.

Following these steps should help you reconnect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network.
