    Hi,

Please try to clear the cache of the app on your iPad. If it's not working, try clearing the data.

If none work, try to uninstall the Outlook app on your iPad, then restart your device. Install the app again.

If you require more assistance, please let me know.

    Stay Safe!

If you're unable to receive emails on your iPad, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your iPad is connected to the internet, either via Wi-Fi or cellular data.
    2. Restart the Mail App: Close the Mail app completely and then reopen it to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Check Email Settings: Verify that your email account settings are correct. You can do this by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts and selecting your email account to check the settings.
    4. Update iOS: Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates.
    5. Remove and Re-add Email Account: If the issue persists, try removing your email account from the iPad and then re-adding it. This can often resolve configuration issues.
    6. Check for Blocked Contacts: Sometimes, if your own contact information is blocked, it can affect email delivery. Ensure that you haven't accidentally blocked your own email address.
    7. Use the Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer: If you're using Outlook, you can use the Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer Tool to check for connectivity issues with your email server. This tool can help identify if there are any problems with sending or receiving emails.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult with your email provider or IT support for further assistance.
