I am asking for help on my hotmail account that has been hacked. My O365 family account and xbox account are tied to it, and I am not able to get to my files. I have opened two service requests.

Server request [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] and they said sombody would reach out to me. I have proof that the [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hotmail.com account is mine, and I have the payment information to back it. Please help.
