Suspicious activity on my personal email and now i'm locked out and have completed the verification form about 30 times with no luck in recovering my email!

Question

I have a 25 year old personal account that had suspicious activity on it and my account has now been locked. I have completed the verification form about 30+ times with no luck, filling in all the lines having emails i past sent added from family and friends as it states and i get the same god dam reply! "Sorry, we are unable to verify you!" oh seriously F off! i need my personal account as it has so much on it! NO ONE TO CONTACT and this is my last hope for someone that actually works for outlook, hotmail or any other company linked to helping me and thousands of others in the same boat! There needs to be a live help chat as this is the modern age isn't it! I'm pissed! HELP!
