Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Did you check your email rules to see if you have set any rule that automatically moves all of your incoming emails to the Deleted Items folder?
- Open any browser and sign in with your Microsoft account here: https://outlook.live.com/
- Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
- If you have any rule that moves all of your emails to the Deleted Items folder, delete that rule.
Also review your Sweep rules and Junk email settings.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email.
- If you see any email addresses in the Blocked senders list that you want to receive emails from, remove them from the list.
- Then, in the Deleted Items folder, select the emails that you want to move back to the Inbox. Once selected, right-click them and choose Move to > Inbox.
- You can also add the sender’s address to the Safe Senders list in Junk Email settings so that future emails from them are delivered directly to your Inbox.
