Okay, so I need real help here. I have an old Xbox account. Bammzy123. Now my problem is that I used my high school account to make it back in either 2019 or 2020. I don't know how to gain access to it. I need to either be able to be granted access to my actual account by microsoft. So I can change the email PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Because I can't access my school email anymore, I graduated in 2023. So now if I log into my account, it wants my email and password. When I do that, it wants to verifiy that its me a "high school student." My problem is that I'm not a high school student; I'm in college now, for the past three years. The other problem is that I bought the Xbox Pass or whatever it is, and since I don't really use my Xbox as much, I need to try and cancel the subscription. The problem now is that I can't access my account, which means no saving data and no getting access to the subscription. Which means for the past two years it's been pulling money out of my account, and it was a 30-dollar charge. I'm a college student! I don't have the ability to keep paying that much EVERY MONTH. I need to talk to a reall microsoft team member about this. Because I can't keep getting thrown in circles to try and fix this.

To regain access to your old Xbox account associated with your school email, you can follow these steps:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Since you no longer have access to your school email, you should fill out the Microsoft account recovery form. You can access it at https://account.live.com/acsr. Provide as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by signing in with any Microsoft account you have or creating a new one if necessary. To contact support, go to the support page, type "recover account," and follow the prompts to chat with a support agent.
    3. Subscription Management: If you manage to regain access to your account, you can then cancel your Xbox subscription through the account settings. If you cannot access your account, explain your situation to the support agent, and they may be able to assist you with canceling the subscription directly.
    4. Alternative Verification: If you are prompted for verification related to your school status, inform the support agent that you are now a college student and provide any other identifying information they may require.

It's important to act quickly, especially regarding the subscription charges, to avoid further payments.
