Can I safely completely reset my computer due to a Trojan virus without a bitlocker key or USB backup

so I'm in a bit of a problem. A fake app that seemed to work installed a trojan virus. I'm using Windows Security to kick it out but something keeps re-installing it. I have no clue what tasks are normal and what aren't so I don't know what task to end to fix this. I'm thinking of just doing a reset. I recently tried to add my phone number to it so I can't try to go find my bitlocker key. I tried to cancel the security request but no code is being sent to my email and I don't have a USB to save stuff in. I know the password to the computer. Can I get back in with just my password after a reset safely? I'd also gladly give someone my discord to chat privately if they could help me find out which task is causing it to keep trying to re-install. (panicking a bunch so sorry if this is unclear)

I gather the trojan detected was Trojan:Win64/Lazy. See if this resolves things.

    • Save Fixlist.txt to your Downloads folder.
    • Close any apps with unsaved work.
    • Run FRST64.exe and click "Fix".
    • The computer will reboot to complete the procedure.

Please upload Fixlog.txt and let me know how things are now running.

I can help you remove it. Please provide Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs for analysis.

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Note: If you are using Edge or Chrome, SmartScreen may initially block the download. Click on the three dots next to the warning and select Keep => Click the Delete drop arrow => Keep anyway.

    • If your computer's language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run the tool, leave the default settings, and press Scan.
    • Zip the logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then upload to a cloud storage service like OneDrive, Google Drive or gofile.io
    • Post the share link.
