I believe Asus uses F10 or Fn+F10 keys to turn on/off the camera. Have you tried that?

Hello, can anyone help me fix my ASUS Expertbook built-in camera? It is showing the error code as: 0xA00F4240< Unknown>(0x80004003). Actually, when I turn on the camera, it's completely black (even though the cam shutter is opened), even though it is black I just press click and it also gives click sound, then I try to go into gallery but it says no photo captured then when I goes back to camera then the message pops out giving the error code mentioned above.
