Issue with CDOD Case Management – anyone else experiencing this?

Hi everyone,

I have an open case with CDOD Case Management regarding my Microsoft account. This started on January 26, 2026 and since then I’ve been replying to their emails. However, my responses don’t seem to register in their system. Every time I reply, the email bounces after a few days back like I never responded.

Now, on February 5, they sent me a message saying that I haven’t replied and that they will mark my case as Inactive.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get it resolved?

Thanks in advance for any help

    Hello Amit Yom Tov!

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum

From what you described, I understand you're having issues during getting support with the CDOD Case Management system case related to your Microsoft account. Although you’ve been replying to the support team’s emails, your responses aren’t being recorded on their side, which caused the case to be marked as Inactive.

In this situation, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support (live chat) again, explain the issue with your email, and provide your previous ticket ID so they can reopen your case.

    Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    • In the search hox, type: Request to reopen a previous support case about CDOD Case Management
    • Hit "Get Help"
    • Scroll down to choose Sign in to contact support
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.
