I have some trouble with claiming my business on Bing Places for Business. So, I didn't know how did Bing automatically put the phone numbers on my unclaimed business listing. When I was about to claim the business, it needs my old phone number which been posted on the listing and at the same time I couldn't verify by using this method because my old phone numbers has been deactivated. I've been trying to use another way by Mail method, but Bing ask me to verify my business first which are back again needing my old phone number before I could add more details on my address to receive the Pin Mail. I've been changing all my business phone numbers on other platforms last year (Google, Meta, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Wanderlog), but why Bing didn't automatically did the sync just like how they automatically submit my business old phone number.

Is there anything I can do to claim my Bing Places for Business by not using this two verification methods? Or maybe at least how can replace my deactivated phone numbers into our new business phone number?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I'm not entirely sure a recovery form would work for Bing Places so what I'm going to do here is recommend you get in touch with Microsoft Support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. Even if they're unable to help specifically with your issue they can at least direct you to where you need to go.

I will respond based on your suggestions:

    1. Contact Bing Support: I've been trying to contact the support team, but it always show a pop up that say "We encountered an issue" and i couldn't do anything further.
    2. Use the Recovery Form: How can I find this or use this form?
