Hi

I have an issue, and when I purshased the upgrade for windows from family to pro 0xc004f050 from the store they don't give me any key. So even if I use the temporary key seen in this post https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5630397/how-to-fix-0xc004f050-error-to-switch-windows-11-f?page=1&orderby=helpful&translated=false it doesn't work.

I don't have the pro key either the upgrade it's only available via the store.

Thanks

    1

Open the Settings App, then go to the activation settings WIndows.

In there, what edition (Home, Pro or Enterprise) is now indicated as installed on your PC.

    2

You indicate you tried using the generic Pro key method to perform the upgrade, did you disconnect your PC from the Internet before trying that method, and did you try that process a couple of times.
