Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Batteries section

For each device in that section:

    Right click and choose Disable

Wait a second or two, then right click and choose Enable

    Close Device Manager

Restart (not shut down) your laptop, then test if your laptop is charging correctly.

If not, then there is either a hardware problem with the charger or to power board in the laptop and you will need to take your laptop to a PC Shop.

The blinking orange light while charging typically indicates an issue with the power delivery or the charger itself. Since your charger works fine with another laptop, the problem may lie with the charging port or the power management system of your laptop. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Inspect the Charging Port: Check for any debris or damage in the charging port of your laptop that might be causing a poor connection.
    2. Check Power Settings: Ensure that your laptop's power settings are configured correctly. Sometimes, power management settings can affect charging behavior.
    3. Update Drivers: Make sure that your laptop's drivers, particularly the battery and power management drivers, are up to date.
    4. Reset Power Management: You can try resetting the power management settings by shutting down the laptop, unplugging it, and removing the battery (if possible) for a few minutes before reconnecting everything.
    5. Test with Another Charger: If available, try using a different charger that meets the specifications for your laptop to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues after these steps, it may be advisable to contact technical support for further assistance or consider hardware diagnostics.
