Open the Settings App, go to Windows Updates - Update History, what is the KB number of the latest update installed on your system, is it, KB5074109?
Outlook crashes after completing a few actions and new emails are getting deleted

Every time I open Outlook in the last few weeks, it downloads new messages and soon after I start working with them, Outlook crashes, deletes all new messages (which are lost permanently) and reverts back to an earlier position before I had opened it.
