For Power BI subscription issues, the Power BI Community Forum is the appropriate place to discuss service‑related questions. You can also try the following steps:
- Visit https://app.powerbi.com and sign in.
- Click the gear icon in the top‑right corner and open Settings.
- Under the General tab, look for an option to Close Account. Follow the prompts to complete the process. This will cancel the subscription and delete related data.
If this doesn’t work, it’s possible that the subscription was created through Microsoft’s website under a standalone tenant where you may be the only admin. Please check your email for any tenant‑related information, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and try canceling any associated billing from there.
