AI-900 50% discount not applied due to Microsoft account email mismatch

Question

I completed official Microsoft training and became eligible for the 50% discount for the AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals) exam.

However, I registered for the training using this email: <removed PII>@niit.com

My active Microsoft work/school account and Microsoft Learn profile are under: <removed PII>@in.niit.com

Both email IDs belong to the same organization (NIIT) and the same person (me), but due to this domain mismatch (@niit.com vs @in.niit.com), the 50% discount is not appearing when I try to schedule the AI-900 exam.

Could you please guide me on:

How to map or transfer the AI-900 discount to my Microsoft account (<removed PII>@in.niit.com), or

The correct steps to resolve this email mismatch so I can redeem the discount?

I can provide training completion proof if required.

The discount is applied to the Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. It cannot be moved

Just add your other email address to your Learn profile
