License activation after reinstal

I've reinstalled windows, and installed Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus for Windows, but my license can't be activated unless support deactivate my previous installation (which was on computer that i reinstalled and does not exist any more)

    Office Pro Plus 2024 is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, it is not a consumer licence, where did you purchase that Office licence, was that from an online retailer or Groupon.
