Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

If Publisher was redeemed before, it should appear under your services and subscriptions. https://account.microsoft.com/services

    1. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used when you first activated Publisher/Office. If Publisher (or the Office suite containing it) is listed, click Install.
    2. This will download the setup file for your new computer.

If you only have a 25-character product key. This usually means a one-time purchase (perpetual license). Redeem the key (if not already done), once redeemed, the key is not used again — the account is what matters. Here's how:

    1. Go to https://setup.office.com/
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    3. Enter the product key
    4. This links Publisher to your account

    After redeeming:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. Find Publisher
    3. Click Install
    4. Run the installer, and follow the prompts
    5. Open Publisher to confirm it’s activated.
