Add User-Controlled Toggle Button to UI to Disable Automatic Copilot Suggestion Bubbles (at bottom of chat responses)

Question

Please add a "user‑controlled toggle button" on the UI to disable/turn off the automatic Copilot suggestions that appear at the bottom of chat responses and other Copilot interfaces as suggestion bubbles.

These UI prompts cannot currently be disabled and are highly disruptive during the creative process, when I use the tool for capturing my thoughts and ideas. In this phase of creation, I need to have the UI operate in support of my directive in global preferences to act as a transcriptionist during creation phases.

The suggestion bubbles become additional unwanted information which require attention and processing and disrupt creative flow.

A simple toggle to hide these suggestion bubbles would improve usability and accessibility for users who require less noise for their cognitive processing and who require or prefer a clean workspace for the same purpose.

Essentially, this ask enhances the tools functionality for creative phases of work and serves as an overall accessibility feature that reduces cognitive overload for any user who needs this support in the UI.
