Dear Team,
Some aspects of this issue resemble those in an older Q&A thread entitled Microsoft Solitaire Re-Enables Dynamic Lighting:
Here, the keyboard lights are turned off during the commencement of games in Microsoft Solitaire Collection version 4.24.12220.0. Using a Logitech G213 keyboard without any GHub install. Instead use OpenRGB (no WinRing0) with an active profile just for the keyboard lights, don't have it running as a scheduled task. Re-activating the profile in OpenRGB brings back the keyboard lights. Everything re dynamic lighting in Windows Settings is disabled as per linked thread.
Referred the issue to the Xbox team, the suggested standard system checks were carried out.
Any info regarding resolution of keyboard lights staying on appreciated.
Thanks.

It seems that the issue you're experiencing with the keyboard lights turning off during gameplay in Microsoft Solitaire Collection may be related to the dynamic lighting settings. Since you mentioned that you have dynamic lighting disabled in Windows Settings and are using OpenRGB for your keyboard lights, it could be that the game is interfering with the lighting settings when it starts.
Here are a few suggestions that might help:
Unfortunately, there may not be a direct resolution available at this time, but these steps could help mitigate the issue.
