I have a hacker forwarding all of my email because I see the forward icon . They also send out so many emails I cannot send any email myself because I have met a daily quota according to outlook. They left a message in the drafts saying they want 700.00 or bitcoin. They say they have porn on my computer and will send it to everybody. I can see that's what all the emails are sent out during the night.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how worrying it can be when a feature behaves in a way that could confuse users, especially older users who rely on clear and predictable actions.

It’s completely reasonable to want to make sure Microsoft is aware of the issue so it can be investigated and improved.

At this time, the best way to notify Microsoft developers about problems with Outlook features is to use the built‑in Feedback tool. This sends your report directly to the Outlook product team, where it becomes part of the engineering review pipeline. You can submit feedback by selecting Help > Feedback > Report a problem in Outlook on Windows or Outlook on the web. Including details, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the issue can help the team diagnose it more effectively. You can also upvote related reports in the Feedback Hub on Windows to increase visibility.

May I ask whether the issue you’re seeing involves Report misclassifying emails, the Unsubscribe button not working properly, or unexpected behavior after selecting either option?

Feel free to share more details about what you’ve observed, and I’ll be glad to guide you on the best way to submit effective feedback and explore possible workarounds.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel

It sounds like your email account has been compromised, and you're experiencing serious issues with unauthorized access and email forwarding. Here are some steps you can take to regain control of your account:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are facing issues with your email account, it's advisable to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They can help you with account recovery and may have additional tools to verify your identity.
    2. Account Recovery: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your account. Make sure to use any recovery options available, such as alternate email addresses or phone numbers that you may have set up.
    3. Check for Account Activity: If you regain access, check your account activity for any unauthorized changes or settings, such as forwarding rules or linked accounts that you did not set up.
    4. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, immediately change your password to a strong, unique one. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) again, and ensure that your recovery options are up to date.
    5. Inform Your Contacts: To manage potential damage control, inform your contacts about the compromise to prevent them from falling victim to phishing attempts.
    6. Monitor for Further Issues: Keep an eye on your account for any suspicious activity and continue to reach out to Microsoft Support if you encounter further problems.

Be persistent in your efforts to contact support, as they are best equipped to help you resolve these issues.
