    Welcome John Sudduth,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. I am here to assist you.

To help resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please confirm the following details:

    • Is there a specific screen or prompt where this ‘button’ appears? If possible, could you share a screenshot from the account creation process?

Besides the earlier recommendations, you may find these additional options helpful:

Option 1: Refresh the page (F5) if no button loads, as browser issues are common

Option 2: Switch to Microsoft Edge or Chrome, disable ad blockers/extensions, or use incognito mode

Option 3: Hold steadily without mouse movement; timing matches the visible text or bar fill

I really hope that the information I gave above was helpful to you. Please feel free to reply below and let me know if you have further concern on this matter.

    Hello,

The "button" mentioned on this page is the long, light gray horizontal bar at the very bottom.
