#1: Outlook:
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- On first launch, enter your Microsoft 365 email address and select Connect.
- Enter the account password and complete verification if prompted.
- Outlook auto-detects settings and configures the mailbox.
- Select Done once setup completes.
- Restart Outlook and confirm emails are syncing.
