Hello,

I am trying to log in to Azure Portal, but due to inactivity my tenant was blocked, so I created a new one, got charged 1$ as a confirmation that my card is valid, got email with confirmation that my sign up was successful, but I stuck in infinity loop where my access is blocked to ANY azure tool/services.

Even if I want to go through link I received on my account activation email I get an error:

Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: 76ac8f50-9344-42e0-89f6-bbadb4b8d901 Correlation ID: 019c3391-7f4e-73ac-98f4-a9916abcf299 Timestamp: 2026-02-06 15:28:25Z

If I posted it under wrong channel/topic, please forward it to the correct one as this is the only option I found working and couldn't find any other help. Thanks in advance.

@I was trying to get free-tier azure tenant to get started with power platform my using personal account

    Hello Patryk Maziarz,

As mentioned over private messages, please login to Azure with the tenant specific endpoint and pass the tenant ID I provided.

    https://portal.azure.com/TenantID(Please check private messages)

And you will be able to access Azure portal.
