Is this program genuine?

This pops up every time I start my PC asking me to upgrade to a new version but it doesn't say what the program is. I'm not sure if this is genuine or malware. Can anyone help?

Please provide a screenshot of the update notification you are seeing when you start your PC.

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autoruns.zip

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

Select the 'Logon' tab at the top of Autoruns.

Please provide a screenshot of all entries on that tab.

Select the 'Scheduled Tasks' tab at the top of Autoruns.

Please provide a screenshot of all entries on that tab.

Thank you for the screenshot, it seems to be some cloud syncing app or app for transferring files from a mobile device, but I cannot be sure, I cannot trace that exact image.

If you can provide the screenshots from the Autoruns utility from number 2 above, it should be easy to find the source of that popup.

I may have traced the app for you, do you have a Lenovo PC?

If you do, that is the Lenovo Smart Storage app that is trying to update on your PC
