If you are unable to sign in due to recovery codes being sent to a closed business email, you will need to follow the account recovery process. Since you cannot access the recovery email, you should try to complete the recovery form at the official Microsoft account recovery page: https://account.live.com/acsr.
In the recovery form, provide as much accurate information as possible, including your administrator email and any other details that can help verify your identity. If you are still unable to recover your account, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. You can do this by visiting the support page and selecting the appropriate options for account recovery.
Additionally, if your PIN and Face ID are not functioning correctly, you may need to reset them once you regain access to your account. Unfortunately, without access to the recovery email, your options are limited, and contacting support may be your best course of action.
