Verifying an email from you

Please advise. I need to verify this is a legitimate email I got from Microsoft (New-Mail******@aol.com) that says:

Dear User,

This is a follow-up from earlier today, to continue accessing your email account after January 21st, 2026,

You will need to review and accept updated Terms of service.

Well done for being suspicious, that is definitely not from Microsoft, it is widely reported phishing scam at the moment, you can safely ignore and delete that Email.
