Fix "billing" issue with Microsoft 365 subscription

Been getting periodic billing issue notice with my Microsoft 365 subscription. I checked my charge card information and my account successfully renewed last month for its annual renewal. When I access I periodically received the attached notice below. When I click update payment I see my valid credit card number. Tried to contact an agent or live person to chat or speak to but not never provided options within support to do so. What is my next step to fix since I do not see any problems from my end and my charge card info is valid?

Thanks!

Many people are reporting seeing that popup notification in the Office apps lately, most likely it is just a bug caused by an Office update.

Open Word, at the top right, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, does that stop that notification appearing.
