    Hi Thomas,

Please make sure that correct Microsoft office is installed and its activated in order to use the Office applications.

For now, you can uninstall the app then go to account.microsoft.com/services and install the Office from there. Once done, sign in your account where the Office license tied in order to activate the Office then you should be able to open documents and edit it without being prompted to activate it.

If you're unable to open documents in Microsoft Office 365 and are receiving a message to get premium despite already having it, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Your Subscription: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active and that you're logged in with the correct account associated with your subscription.
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues. Clear them and try accessing the documents again.
    3. Update Office Apps: Ensure that your Office apps are up to date. You can check for updates in the app settings.
    4. Reinstall Office Apps: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Office apps. This can resolve any issues related to corrupted files or improper installations.
    5. Check File Permissions: Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to open the documents. If they were shared with you, verify that the sharing settings allow you to view them.
    6. Try Opening in Different Formats: If the documents are in a specific format that your version of Office might not support, try saving them in a different format or using a different application to open them.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
