Hi @Hazen Reed,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I completely understand how disruptive it can be when Outlook on your PC isn’t loading your emails, especially when everything appears to be working normally on your iPhone.
Since your iPhone is receiving messages without any issues, this strongly indicates that your mailbox itself is functioning correctly. As a result, the problem is most likely related to the Outlook application on your Windows PC, specifically a client-side sync, view, or rendering issue.
With that in mind, here are a few practical checks you can try, starting with the quickest and simplest options:
1/ First, please make sure this isn’t a view or filter issue in the Outlook app:
In the new Outlook, emails can sometimes be present but hidden due to filters or tab settings. Double-check that you’re viewing the correct folder (such as Inbox rather than Archive or another folder), review both the Focused and Other tabs if Focused Inbox is enabled, and clear any active filters like Unread, Flagged, or custom views.
2/ Next, try fully restarting the new Outlook app:
A complete restart can often clear a stuck sync state. To do this, close Outlook entirely and, if needed, use Task Manager to end the Outlook process before reopening the app.
3/ If the issue continues, you may want to repair or reset the new Outlook app in Windows:
This refreshes the local app cache and can resolve many client-side issues.
You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Outlook > Advanced options, then selecting Repair.
If repairing doesn’t help, choose Reset instead. Please note that resetting will clear the local cache, so you’ll need to sign in again afterward.
4/ Finally, if Outlook still isn’t loading your emails, uninstalling and reinstalling the new Outlook for Windows:
If the local installation has become corrupted or stuck. Microsoft provides official guidance for uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which you can follow to ensure a clean setup.
You can see it here: Uninstall and reinstall the new Outlook for Windows.
I hope these steps are helpful. Please give them a try and let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, it would also be helpful to confirm whether the missing or new emails appear correctly in Outlook on the web when accessed from the same PC browser. From there, we can continue working together to narrow this down and find a solution.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. I look forward to continuing the conversation.
