    Hello, Frank McCullough.

If you wish to contact a Microsoft support specialist directly, I recommend that you do so in a live chat. Log in to your personal (non-corporate) Microsoft account on the https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Windows" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page (if requested) enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window opens in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond.

Note. The chat is available during business hours and on business days according to US time.

P.S. If you have a problem with something else, then write here in more detail.

To get in touch with a human for assistance with your problem, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support Page: Go to the Microsoft support website to find customer service phone numbers specific to your region. This will allow you to connect with a representative directly.
    2. Call the Support Hotline: When you call the hotline, be prepared to navigate through an automated system. Here’s a suggested approach:
      • When prompted, indicate that you are a business email user.
      • Select the option for technical support.
      • Confirm that you are the administrator of your account.
      • If asked about other administrators, respond accordingly (if you are the only one, let them know).
      • Clearly state your issue to the representative once connected.
    3. Use Different Browsers or Networks: If you encounter issues with the automated system, try using a different web browser or network to access support options. Sometimes, technical glitches can be resolved this way.
    4. Create a Trial Microsoft 365 Tenant: If you are unable to reach support through your existing account, consider creating a trial Microsoft 365 tenant. This will allow you to sign in to the Admin Center and submit a support ticket. Here’s how:
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Plans page and select a plan to start a free trial.
      • After setting up the trial, access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and navigate to "Help & Support" to raise a support ticket.
      • Clearly describe your issue, including details about your locked account and any error messages you are receiving.
    5. Be Persistent: If you continue to face challenges, don’t hesitate to try multiple times or reach out through different channels. Microsoft support can sometimes be busy, and persistence may be necessary to get through to a human representative.

These steps should help you connect with a human representative who can assist you with your issue effectively.
