If two separate subscriptions appear, follow the instructions in this link to check your eligibility for a refund and cancel the subscription.

Select Microsoft 365
Click on "Get help for your home".
In the field provided for this purpose, enter "billing".
Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click "Log in to contact support".
Access Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my subscription.
Select the option "Chat with a support agent via a web browser".
